Party ‘N’ Play


We started working with Party ‘N’ Play in February 2023 in anticipation of their opening in April 2023.
The soft play and party venue opened on a site of a similar business that had closed down, so our challenge was to make customers aware that there was a new soft play centre and party venue opening. 

Initially we grew the following organically with regular posting of what will be on offer in Party ‘N’ Play, along with posting in multiple local Facebook groups, gaining 700+ Facebook followers before opening.

Through developing a packed events calendar, advertising party bookings, offering memberships, through paid and organic content, Party ‘N’ Play now has around 3,000 followers across 3 platforms.

We also set up an email marketing list from scratch that continues to grow with bi-monthly contact of upcoming events, news, and offers, with an engaged audience of parents, grandparents, and guardians.

We met Sullivans at the end of September 2023 and kicked off our email marketing campaigns with them in October 2023.

In Oct 2023, Sullivans had 5k emails collected from online sales since the COVID pandemic, but didn’t use email marketing.

We set our goal to increase online sales by 30 a month and launch Sullivans fruit and veg subscription boxes.

October was spent reminding customers who Sullivans were, their offering, and highlighting halloween themed hampers.

November saw the launch of the fruit and veg subscription boxes and starting the promotion of Christmas hampers.


In December, the focus was informing customers of the last day they could shop in-store, final orders before Christmas, and Christmas gift cards.


The results? Online sales revenue doubled after the first month of email marketing, and had trebled by month 3. And 71% retention rate after 3 months on subscriptions.

Not bad, eh? And Sullivans continues to grow their sales using email marketing in 2024.
