3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer or through the link provided on invoices. All payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Please note that interest will be charged on overdue payments at a rate of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing at least 2 weeks’ notice via email to Scott at scott@asdigital.co.uk.

5. Limitation of Liability

A&S Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the materials created by A&S Digital Ltd remain the property of A&S Digital Ltd. Clients own the content produced specifically for them, but A&S Digital Ltd retains ownership of templates and any proprietary methods used in delivering services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Pay promptly for services rendered.
• Respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate primarily via email, limiting phone calls to emergencies, where possible.

9. Changes to Terms

A&S Digital Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
